The Montreal Tai Chi Club is a place for our members to learn and practice Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan, Push Hands, Tai Chi Sword, Saber and Qi Gong. Learning sword Tai Chi teaches grace and balance, fluidity in movement and imparts an overpowering experience of harmony within the dynamics of each move. Our instructors are experienced, patient and calm, who have trained with the Tai Chi Club for several years. The set of routines is dissected in 2 sections, 2 returns and 32 movements. "Taiji Sword is one of short weaponry routines of tai chi boxing integrated with tai chi boxing and swordplay techniques. 32-form taiji sword was adapted from Yang-Style Tai Chi Sword by Chinese martial arts master Li Tianji.
