The chapters in this book are short enough so you enjoy reading them. Unfortunately this book does not live up to the expectations I have for her work. I didn't get to finish this, as it was due back at the library. I felt the overall message is important, but it could have been boiled down to a shorter book with a general guide for meditation at the end.
